A few team members were able to attend dattoCON22 this year in Washington, DC. One of the major announcements included the acquisition of Datto by Kaseya. This will bring more products and solutions under one umbrella for MCG, Inc. to provide to customers.
Kaseya is the premier provider of unified IT and security management software for managed service providers (MSPs). The acquisition will strengthen the IT Complete platform with an enhanced array of solutions, and at least 17 workflow integrations between Datto products and the Kaseya platform are already planned. The goal is to invest in upgrades and innovations to all Datto product offerings while also lowering the prices or at least keeping them the same. This will ensure all products are supported and integrated with enhanced functionality to be the most affordable and best options on the market for customers.
