In response to our growing footprint, and the increase in concern about the safety of your systems, we are rolling out a premium level of support which will include the integration of a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) service for clients who need broader coverage and eyes on their systems full time.
Features of the service include:
- Comprehensive monitoring of endpoints, switches and firewalls, and cloud including O365
- Real time threat intelligence monitoring
- Breach detection over and above standard security tools
- Event log management, firewall log management and analysis
- Managed detection and response 24/7 for critical events including automatic isolation and remediation for high risk events
- Higher level SLA for critical events including off hours remediation (overnight and weekends)
This service level will augment your existing plan. During normal business hours this service will layer over the normal Help Desk. No changes will be required in process or procedure.
