Does your organization send email content or attachments containing important information like birth dates, social security numbers, account numbers? Using Microsoft Office 365 email with an Azure Protection license will allow your emails to be encrypted before they are sent and will keep the information from anyone but the intended party. Even after the recipient accesses the information they will not be able to send to another email recipient. Keywords can be set up to only encrypt certain emails and no additional effort is needed on the recipient end making this a simple, affordable way to communicate information without additional software or password protection.
