December 2018 – Newsletter, Datto Training

As a part of partnering with Datto, many of our employees have recently received their Technical Specialist II certifications. Since most employees already received their Technical Specialist I certification, they have now spent the past several months training through Datto Academy for the second training certification. This will provide a better understanding of products as well as improve end-user customer satisfaction. We would like to recognize Jose Garcia, Danny Moskowitz, Glenn Chamberlain, Joseph Gonzalez, Joe Pullara, Peter Beierle, and Wilfredo Pizarro on the successful completion of both certifications. Other employees will be completing both by the beginning of the new year!
