Teramind’s latest platform release, Release 650, is the biggest of the year with 450+ new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
First, a new Geo chart widget has been added to let you plot geolocation coordinates on a map. This can help visualize employee whereabouts and can be added to any custom BI reports. There is also a new version of BI reports that includes instant messages, network monitoring and camera usage reports which were previously only available under Monitoring reports. These will help conduct thorough analysis and flexible reporting with filters, widgets, charts and more. There is a new Keystrokes Content Sharing Rule, where you can compare keyboard inputs against sensitive information. The rule will detect data exfiltration attempts or implement etiquette rules in applications or documents in real-time. Another rule is the new Windows Log Event Activity Rule, which will help detect events for application activities, system changes, security incidents, and hardware triggers among others. This will allow an administrator to identify issues with the computer or discover security gaps and stop potential threats.
