EWSD was established in 2017 and serves approximately 4,000 pre-K-12th grade students across three communities: Essex Town, City of Essex Junction, and Westford, all located near Burlington, VT. The school district was looking for a solution to replace their existing backup solution for their server environment. They selected MCG Managed Resources to implement a solution using Datto local hardware and the Datto cloud to fulfill the needs for backup and disaster recovery. In addition, EWSD has partnered with MCG in several additional areas of cybersecurity including EDR testing, vulnerability testing, and cyberawareness.
