MCG, Inc. proudly received the Overall Operations Excellence Award at the BigBIG conference hosted by Taylor Business Group (TBG) this month! TBG is a peer organization with over 180 MSP organizations, just like MCG, Inc., who are members. The goal is to bring like minded businesses together to provide a forum to improve through sharing experiences, issues, and challenges.
The group meets once per year and this was the first in-person meeting since Ken joined. The event was extremely beneficial, providing an opportunity to learn more about running an MSP, and to speak with current and potential vendors.
The award MCG, Inc. received is given to the company that TBG believes has a COO (or equivalent) that is running a top-notch organization. More importantly, they run the business based on benchmarks, efficient processes, and a teamwork-oriented environment.
We are proud to announce this, and would like to thank everyone for the well deserved honor, which we look forward to displaying in the office!
