The Microsoft Family Safety mobile app wants to empower you and your family to create healthy habits and protect each other.
The app is designed to help develop healthy digital habits while also protecting your loved ones with digital and physical safety features. Screen time limits can be set and applied to devices, apps, and games. If screen time runs out, you can choose to add more or not, depending on what is right for your family. You can also see activity summaries. In addition to time limits, you can use content filtering settings to create a safe space for kids to explore online. Healthy boundaries can be set, inappropriate games and apps can be blocked, and browsing can also be limited to kid-friendly websites.
Other features of the family safety app include the ability to share your location, or track members of your family, including saved places and location alerts. You can also receive driving history and safety reports to check in on metrics like top speed and how many times a person has braked hard.

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, commonly referred to as CMMC or the CMMC model, is a set of mandatory cybersecurity requirements that contractors must implement and have that implementation validated.
The theft of intellectual property and sensitive information continues to threaten economic and national security. The Department of Defense has created the CMMC protocol as a way for companies to prove their compliance. By doing so, this means they are practicing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices in order to reduce ransomware and protect against cyber threats.
The model consists of 5 maturity levels, ranging from “Basic Cybersecurity Hygiene” to “Advanced/Progressive”, with 171 cybersecurity practices mapped across the levels.
